18 years ahead of your age of 55
Scalp age is a measure of follicular capacity — how much of your hair the scalp can hold in growth, how reliably it restarts growth after a shed, and how thick a strand it can still build. Yours is showing its age in all three.
The extra shedding you’re noticing? That’s your scalp age pushing hair out of anagen — the growth phase — and into telogen, the shedding phase, too early.
Studies show a young scalp keeps about 9 in 10 hairs in anagen at once; an aged scalp drops to 3 to 5 in 10.

The reason your part is where it shows most: an aged scalp stops keeping up with what it sheds. A hair falls out, and instead of a new one starting behind it, the follicle just sits there empty.
Studies found up to a third of follicles sitting empty like this for months at a time — dermatologists call them kenogen, and a landmark paper named them the main cause of thinning.

And the hair that does grow back comes in finer: an aged scalp builds thin strands where it once built thick ones.
Studies show the ratio drops from about 13 thick hairs for every fine one down toward 2 to 1.

You match the trial’s
top responders
Your answers match the women who participated in the peer-reviewed trial behind KilgourMD — published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology. It followed menopausal women with similar hair loss you just described.
Matching these criteria does not predict your result. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
First, your scalp starts
holding on to more hair
Anagain™
Hair Cycle ActiveThe first job of a young scalp is holding hair in growth. As it ages, that grip fails — the signal telling a follicle to keep growing fades, the signal telling it to stop takes over, and more hair gets pushed out of growing and into shedding.
AnaGain works on both sides of that. It turns the growing signal back up and quiets the one telling follicles to stop. In its own clinical studies, it nearly doubled the number of hairs in the growing phase.
Procapil™
Anti-Shedding PeptideWhile AnaGain resets the cycle, Procapil works on grip. It reinforces the anchoring proteins at the base of the follicle, so healthy strands stop letting go before their time. In its studies, it cut hair fall by up to 46%.
Individual results vary. Not all users will experience these results.
How shedding was measured
In the KilgourMD trial, shedding wasn’t self-reported — it was counted. Women collected the hairs shed during a standardized wash, and an independent lab counted them by hand, at the start and again at week six.
The 68% figure is the drop in that wash count. No estimates, no surveys — just fewer hairs, counted.
KilgourMD clinical trial, Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, 2026. Wash-test shed count, independent lab (Dermaclaim).
Then the empty follicles
start making hair again
Redensyl™
Hair Growth ActiveThis is the one aimed at the second job — restarting the follicles that stopped. It wakes follicles that have gone quiet and empty, rather than the hair you’ve still got. In its clinical studies, scalps treated with Redensyl grew over 10,000 new hairs compared to untreated ones.
Capixyl™
Density PeptideAn aging scalp runs inflamed, and inflammation shortens how long each hair gets to grow. Capixyl works on both ends of that — calming the inflammation while feeding the root each strand anchors into.
In its studies, it cut scalp inflammation by up to 48% and increased hair density by up to 79% versus untreated — outperforming the leading alternative by 81%.
RootBioTec™
Nourishing ActiveFeeds the follicle at the root and boosts the blood supply carrying nutrients to where hair is made. In its studies, it reduced shedding by up to 31% in two months.
Individual results vary. Not all users will experience these results.
How regrowth was measured
Regrowth wasn’t self-reported — it was graded. In the KilgourMD trial, each woman’s hair density was scored on the Ludwig scale, the standard doctors use to measure female hair loss, by two independent board-certified dermatologists — at the start and again at the end.
A full grade’s improvement means a visible step up in coverage, confirmed by both.

My 90 day pictures
I am happy with my results. My thoughts:
- I washed my hair daily the first three weeks to give the product the best opportunity to work; I now wash it every 2-3 days
- I apply one serum in the morning and the other at night
- I stopped blow drying my hair and let it air dry now and I think that has helped with less breakage
- I am wearing my hair shorter than I ever have which also helps with less breakage
- I just use the applicator provided and dab it on and massage it in; on nights I wash my hair I let my hair dry slightly and then apply the serum and that helps with spreading the product better
- With travel a few times I have missed a day or two applications but other than that I have been very religious about using the serums daily
- My serums each last right around 30 days

Give it 90 nights. If nothing
grows back, you pay nothing
Users report the shedding drops in the first six weeks — the scalp starts holding onto hair instead of pushing it out early. The weeks after that are when it shows: the hairs held back in the growing phase have been growing the whole time, and they come through as density where it had thinned.
Ninety nights is long enough to see both. If your shedding isn’t down and nothing’s filled in, one email and every dollar comes back — and you keep the bottles.
All it asks for is sixty seconds before bed. Two serums, straight onto the scalp. Nothing swallowed, no hormones, no side effects.
And your answers qualify you for
27% off the full two-serum protocol — for a limited time.

Your GLP-1 hair profile is ready
What you achieved
Down 20–40 lbs. You earned every one of them.
What it’s costing you
Your part. Wider, and you know which way to flip it.
What it doesn’t have to cost
Any of it.
You don’t have to trade one for the other.

Your GLP-1 has pushed about
half your hair out of growing
Anagen-to-telogen ratio
less shedding Balance
tipping More shedding,
less growing
6–12 months ago — You started
Hair is only ever doing one of two things: anagen, growing without interruption, or telogen, where it stops growing and sheds out later.
Studies show a GLP-1 shifts the balance — hair that should have stayed in anagen moves into telogen instead. The calorie deficit pushes more across at the same time. A healthy scalp holds about 90% in anagen. On a GLP-1 it can fall to 40–50%.
3–6 months ago — You noticed it
The first hairs that shifted finished telogen and let go — that’s what showed up in your brush and your shower drain. But that was only the first batch. You were still on your GLP-1, so more kept shifting behind them.
3–6 months ago — You came off
Most women are told the shedding settles once the GLP-1 is out. That’s true of what hadn’t shifted yet — nothing new gets pushed into telogen after you stop.
It isn’t true of what already had.
Today — It’s visible
Every month on your GLP-1, another batch moves into telogen and sheds out. And the follicles they leave behind stay empty — nothing’s pushing them back into anagen while you’re still on it.
So it builds both ways. Which is why your part typically keeps widening — more falling out each month, and less coming back to fill what already went.
Ahead — What the research shows
A follicle can sit in telogen a while and still come back. Past a point, it stops re-entering anagen at all.
You said you’re staying on your GLP-1 as long as it takes. That’s the right call for your health — but it keeps shifting hair into telogen the whole time, and more of it crosses over while it does — and the longer it runs, the more of it there is.
This timeline is an estimate based on your answers, not a medical assessment. Individual experiences vary.
Your match: five actives that
push your hair back into growing
AnaGain™
Hair Cycle ActiveThe one thing that moves hair back out of telogen and into anagen — reversing the shift instead of waiting on it. In its own clinical studies, it nearly doubled the number of hairs in the growing phase.
Capixyl™
Density PeptideYour body feeds hair last in a deficit. Capixyl goes straight to the root and skips that queue, so what grows back comes in thick instead of fine. In its studies, hair density increased up to 79% versus untreated.
Procapil®
Anti-Shedding PeptideStops the next batch letting go. It reinforces the grip at the base of the follicle — so fewer healthy strands shift over while you’re still on your GLP-1. In its studies, it cut hair fall by up to 46%.
RootBioTec™
Nourishing ActiveFeeds the follicles left empty behind each shed, boosting the blood supply that carries nutrients to the root — so they can fill back in instead of sitting there. In its studies, it reduced shedding by up to 31% in two months.
L-Ascorbic Acid
Collagen SupportThe most potent form of vitamin C. Supports the collagen the root sits in and shields the follicle from the oxidative stress of rapid weight loss — so the ones still in anagen stay there.
Individual results vary. Not all users will experience these results.
Tested on women losing hair.
Every strand counted by hand
Up to 68% less shedding in six weeks.
Run by Dermaclaim, an independent lab. Peer-reviewed and published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology.
Women applied the Prevention serum every night. At week six, the lab washed their hair twice and counted every strand that came out — by hand.
95% were shedding less within six weeks. At week 18, two independent dermatologists graded density on the Ludwig scale, and density improved up to a full grade — part narrowing, crown filling.
Jennifer Hanway
Board-Certified Nutritionist
“Most women treat their hair. The ones who get it back treat what the GLP-1 actually did to their scalp. KilgourMD is the only protocol I recommend for it.”
Up to 79% more density. 2.5× as many women saw results.
Each active was studied on its own, before it ever went in the bottle.
Density: hair density up to 79% versus untreated — 81% better than the leading alternative.
And it works on the inflammation behind it — scalp inflammation down up to 48% in its studies. That inflammation is what cuts a growth phase short, so the strand never reaches full thickness.
Success rate: in a randomised controlled trial against minoxidil, two and a half times as many women saw results.
And none of what comes with minoxidil. No side effects were reported in the trial, no dread shed before it works, no dependency — stop and you keep what you grew.
Individual results vary. Not all users will experience these results.
Same hair loss. Same GLP-1.
Here’s where they are now
