Apply to a dry or lightly damp scalp. These formulas are designed to absorb into the scalp, not coat the hair.
Use one full dropper (about 1 mL) of each serum per day. If the dropper fills halfway, use a second to reach 1mL. Consistency matters most. Apply all at once or split between morning and evening.
Part the hair and apply directly to thinning or shedding areas. Massage gently for 30-60 seconds. Do not rinse. Let it absorb and style as usual.
Use daily. If you miss a day, simply resume, no need to double up.
