    I was a skeptic but I ordered the three months to start, after one month I received an email asking if I’d noticed a reduction in hair loss, I said a discouraged “no”. I had three months so I kept using and began to notice a thickening of my hair and less hair loss. I was so excited that I ordered the shampoo and conditioner too! Now, after, I think, five months, I am a new old lady 🤣. Thick healthy hair! Thank you Kilgour! For all of you out there, this is not an overnight fix! Give it time and allow for small improvements over time. This product is so worth the wait and results !

    Was a skeptic, now a believer

    I noticed decreased shedding within a couple weeks. At 3-4 months noticed part seemed thicker. At 8 months I can say definitively I have regrown hair and do not feel self conscious about it any more. I am dealing with both perimenopausal and glp-1 hair loss.

    Dropper needs improvement.

    Just started using this a month ago. Am on my second bottle. The dropper/dispenser is terrible. You essentially get all or nothing when you push on it making it hard to put the serum in the areas you want. Thought it a bad dropper at first but the second bottle is the same. Wish the dropper was rubber so that you had more control over how much was dispensed. Otherwise it is too soon to tell if this is working for me yet or not.

    Droppers don't fill, turns hair orange

    CONS: Droppers fill less than 1/2 way. If add more droppers to hair, may run out before end of month. Turns dyed blonde hair orange wherever it touches. I am starting my 3rd month, no results yet. I am going to try just using the Prevention Serum only occasionally on month 3 to try to get rid of the orange color on the top and temples of my hair. Hopefully, I can get it to again match the sides, back, and ends of my hair. FYI - purple shampoo and conditioner only help minimally. PROS: Smell is ok and does not leave hair sticky.

    The fragrance is overpowering

    If you are sensitive to synthetic fragrances, RUN.

    It is absolutely overpowering. I am prone to migraines and I will not be able to use this product. I am terribly disappointed; I checked the reviews first and the only one I could find that mentioned fragrance claimed this *wasn't* scented.

    Even if I weren't sensitive to synthetic fragrances, this is not a scent I would voluntarily choose.

    If they ever offer a fragrance-free formuulation, I'd be happy to try again. For now, I'll leave this to all of you who can tolerate SUPER heavy scents.
